Gabrielle ( Ella ) is a British artist based in the Cotswolds.
Gabrielle's paintings are inspired by the light in the landscapes, seascapes and urban world around her.
She frequently draws from the figure in order to capture gesture in all mediums. She loves to paint and sketch the landscape en plein air and is becoming more drawn to the exciting possibilities of abstraction in her work.
Gabrielle ( Ella ) grew up in the idyllic countryside of the Cotswolds, studied in Scotland and worked in the Fine Arts industry in London. For 17 years she lived with her family around the world in Paris, Johannesburg, Seoul, Sydney, Tokyo, and New York. She recently moved back to her hometown of Cheltenham.
